I love a good soup, especially since I'm on a major weight loss kick. I have goals and I WILL accomplish them.
When I saw this pop up on Pinterest, I had to test it out. Fajitas might be my all time favorite food.

As usual, I can't simply follow the recipe. 40 minutes at night is just too long to wait for dinner. So my husband, who works from home (lucky man), put it on at one in the crock pot instead. he cooked it on low for 4 hours.
How did it turn out? Perfect. It's delish and a new staple in my soup arsenal. I highly recommend trying it.
